Well I had my bloodwork this morning to test my estrogen level. I asked the nurse what I can expect or what they like to see as far as my numbers. She said ideally, they like to see the estrogen level double from the number on CD3, however any increase is good really.
So the nurse just called and my estrogen level increased by 21 points to 58. Not quite doubled, but increased nonetheless! So I am happy about that. She said to increase my dosage from 150iu of Follistim to 225iu for tonight and tomorrow night's injections. Then I'll be back in the office again on Sunday morning for more bloodwork and my first ultrasound to see how my follicles are looking.
